About the experience
What can I expect from the event?
We take amazing spaces and throw memorable parties….all using the silent disco format.
We install lighting, special effects, staging and custom designed props into places where you’d never expect to find a dancefloor creating an amazing space to party, make memories and grab some ‘one of a kind’ photos. Then we add three DJs, spinning three different styles of music to complete this most thrilling of experiences.
Never been to a silent disco?
Here’s how it works: On arrival at the venue, collect a pair of our wireless light-up headphones. Use the toggle switch on your headphones to select one of our 3 live DJs. Grab a drink, then get busy on the dancefloor!
Expect our three amazing DJs spinning three different musical themes, side to side all night long. Three DJs, three styles….you choose the party!

Do you supply the silent disco headphones?
Yes. We will supply you with three channel headphones that allow you to connect to any of our 3 DJs.
Do I need to pay extra for the headphones?
No. There is no additional charge for renting the headphones.
Can I get a refund if I cannot attend the event?
Unfortunately, all sales are final and tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled or rescheduled. You are welcome to gift them to a friend or family member as tickets are not named.
I haven’t received my tickets or confirmation email. What should I do?
First, check your spam/junk folder to make sure they’ve not landed there. If you still can’t see them you may have entered an incorrect email address. Send us an email at info@amazingsilentdiscos.com with details of the event you are attending and name the ticket was booked under and we can look into it for you.

About tickets
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
We will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets in the Fever App or on the Fever website.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
No, for this event you won't be able to transfer your tickets to another person.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase.You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase (What is the ticket ID?). One of our agents will respond to your request as soon as possible, informing you of the next steps to follow.No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. About access to the event
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
It is recommended that you arrive at the time stated on your ticket, but you can arrive within the next few minutes.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, no animals are allowed in this event’s location—not even service animals.
